Price Policy

* All prices quoted are per adult and are based on when the tour operates with 4 or more persons.
1 or 2 persons may join others to form a small group.  So email us or call now with ample advance notice to join others!  When exclusive private tours for 3 persons or less are preferred, or when the tour operates with less than 4 persons, a predetermined small surcharge may apply. Pre-advised surcharges² may vary according to the tour but are generally are only from $15/person when the tour operates with only 3 persons and from only $20-$25/person when tours operates with only 2 in a private tour with all the many inherit advantages of a private tour with only 2 or 3 persons. ½ & Short Day Tours do not include lunch.

Surcharges² may vary according to the tour but are generally are only from $10-$15/person when most tours operate with only 3 persons and from $25-$35/person for only 2 in a private tour with all the many inherit advantages of a private tour with only 2 or 3 persons.
² Tours outside the central valley, i.e. full day tours to the beaches have slightly higher surcharges because of the longer distances and/or entrance fees involved.
ª Based on canal front hotel with double occupancy.  Beach front hotel is slightly more.

PLEASE REMEMBER, our service is NOT in a cramped, 25 or more passenger bus service, but rather a personalized service in comfortable spacious modern late model 9 passenger 4x4 SUV vans with triple air conditioning. Tours include refreshments carried on-board at no extra cost and are operated in plain English by a knowledgeable American born citizen with dual nationality who holds a Master of Science degree with teaching experience that shows in his approach to operating the tours.
Discounts for Children; 6 yrs. old and under pay ½ price, and children 3 years old  or under are FREE when accompanied by at least 1 adult per child.
 Discounts for 12 persons or more in your group or when you book 3 full day tours or more during your same visit.  Email us or call now.  We're eager to be of help. Contact us for a quote on tours designed just for you and for packages of 3 days or more of tours.
